Terms of Service
Delaware County Interactive Gaming Revenue Authority (DCIGRA) · Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, which DCIGRA uses to publish grant opportunities and accept applications. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them.
Applying for a grant
Each grant has its own eligibility rules, award limit and application window, shown on this site. Applications must be submitted online before the deadline, which is given in Eastern Time. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award. DCIGRA reviews applications and decides awards, including their amounts, through its own review process.
Accurate information
You must be authorized to apply for the organization named in your application, and the information and documents you submit must be true and accurate. By signing the application you also agree to its affirmation, including returning any surplus grant funds within one year of the check date. DCIGRA may decline an application that contains false or misleading information.
You sign the application electronically by typing your name. That signature has the same effect as signing on paper, and saving changes to a submitted application signs it again. You can ask DCIGRA for a paper copy of your signed application.
Your account
When you apply, an account is created for the email address you give, and we email you a link to set a password. Use it to check your application's status and, while the round is open and before review begins (or when DCIGRA asks for more information), to update your application. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Documents you upload
Upload only documents you have the right to share. They are stored privately and used to review your application and administer any award.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other applicants' information or non-public parts of the site, interfere with how the site works, upload harmful files, or submit applications by automated means.
Public records
Applications and award decisions become part of DCIGRA's records and may be subject to disclosure under applicable public-records laws. The Privacy Notice explains how your information is collected, used and kept.
Availability
We work to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, so please do not wait until the last minute to apply. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
